How many of you reading this can relate when I say, “I have tried every diet and nothing seems to work.” Like many people today, I have tried every weight loss fad, diet, tip and trick. Realistically, these quick fixes don’t last forever and once I stopped the weight came right back. This all changed once I was connected to “Fonz the Trainer”.
Living a healthy lifestyle seemed impossible. Since I have already tried dieting, juicing, vegan life, fasting and just about anything you can imagine; I came to terms that I must have made it to the point in my life where my metabolism has decided to not only slow down but stop and the helplessness kicked in. Whenever I attempted to lose weight and be healthier, I would find myself making the same meals and just got bored. I didn’t understand how people did it. Jlo goals seemed so far away!
This all changed once I was connected to Marfred Suazo aka “Fonz the Trainer”. A friend of mine posted a before and after picture of herself and I was blown away by her transformation. I started to follow her trainers page (@fonzthetrainer). The first thing that I noticed was “#1 Transformation Specialist” under his name. I started to scroll through his page, transformation after transformation, I was so impressed and intrigued. I started to attend his “Get Lean in Quarantine” workouts sessions he hosts on instagram live every evening at 7pm. As of today, I am currently on week 5 training with him and I feel amazing! I am losing weight, getting healthier, and meal prepping. I am sticking to his blueprint because it works!

Since I have been introduced to “Fonz the Trainer”, my life feels like its back on track. I can not believe the transformation my body has done in only 5 short weeks. I am eating better, feeling motivated and healthy. Every week my meal plans differ. It is not boring at all or impossible to keep up with. The meals are easy to prep. What you put in your body shows, it matters. I never thought I would be able to meal prep, work out and stay regimented in a million years! When you have someone at Fonz’s caliber laying out a blueprint to achieve body goals-you listen. With over thousands of transformations, not sticking to his plan would be very foolish. In order to be at your best, you need to work/train with the best. He is just that!
